It is just something that you have to work out with your mum. She knows something's up now and you may as well just come out and tell her the truth. Tell her you haven't had sex, that you're not stupid but that you did something else which you maybe now regret and that you were just being careful by taking the pill. Tell her that she should appreciate that you were smart enough to take precautions at least.

As for the boyfriend, please please don't do anything you don't feel ready for. If you don't want him touching you in that way for whatever reason, make sure he knows and understands that so it won't happen again. You must most certainly voice your worries about sperm potentially being on his hands before he fingers you. And if you decide to do it again make sure his hands are clean.

And I'm not suggesting you do it, but if you do have sex, make sure you use a condom. The morning after pill is not totally failsafe, and should only be used as a last resort.
