Personally, I think its your choice. Its what you can live with and what you can't live with. The faster you know if you're pregnant, the faster you'll feel better. Go to your GP. It's all confidential so he can't tell your parents. Though, from personal experience, we can sometimes underestimate our parents compassion in situations like this.
