Default some serious advice needed

Hey!

I had no id where to ask this so i hope someone can give me some descend advice.
I have this really complicated problem with my niece.
She often sleeps over and we are like sisters.
A week ago while I was at the shower my little brother banged on the door screaming that my niece tried to break his dinosaur toy by riding on top of it.
At first I didn’t believe him so I told him to shut up but while my niece was at the shower he kept complaining that she pooped on his dinosaur.
I mean I was laughing my own but of until I smelled it my self.
She told me she was just teasing him by pretending that she going to ride it so I believed her.
But yesterday the dinosaur toy was broken and it had the same smell on it as the last time.
According to my brother he didn’t do it and somehow I believe him.
As crazy as it may sound I think its broken because my niece tried to masturbate on it.
I mean the smell and all?
It’s a battery powered dinosaur about 25” that is able to walk by it self and it vibrates like crazy so maybe she liked the feeling of it.
There are some things I don’t understand though. Like how could she not notes she’s way too heavy for it? I mean its just a toy not even a ride on. Like its suppose to carry a 14 yo girl .
And why does it smell like poo? Wouldn’t it smell like something else if she masturbated on it?
I mean I have to be sure about this before I am about to ask her?
And if my parents buy a new one how can be sure she wont try it again?
I feel really bad about my brother getting the blame because it was an expensive toy and he is not getting a new one.
Plus I feel really uncomfortable around my niece now.
I know I should ask her about it but I didn’t actually see her doing it.
Some advice would be really welcome.
