My most recent art project
The fuckers sent me off to buy £5 worth of shit from ASDA, and make art from it. I did quite a few stupid and witty shit things that i'm not even going to bother uploading, like i made a huge match out of matches, and add the caption "playing with matches". Meta, but retarded, too avant guarde for my actual tastes.
Eventually, i made this:
my own eye, contructed from cereal
Then i moved onto the idea of using Lea & Perrins suace to make watercolours, and i made this beast:
This is a lea and perrins bottle, from multiple angles, painted with lea and perrins sauce. Yes it stank initially, but it was fun. I added charcoal, and the whole thing took form, and i were rather chuffed. I then looked through the images i had with me, found a sketch of my own eye, and made this:
Went a bit gay, the charcoal sorta dominates the image, but otherwise alright. I took a picture of my face, and made a self portrait in a similar, but refined style:
I like this, turned out good, i also used red and blue food colouring for the eyes and hair.
Just today i made this piece, the composition of which is obtained from a train journey, on the way to an art fair in London, called "Freize" art fair.
Went pretty well, i think, and someone offered to buy it, which i think is pretty awesome, considering i've been on the course for 5 weeks and the piece took me a little over an hour to produce.

aww.. scottay  haha, i think all the art is really great. The art majors at my school are always doing weird shit, like spray painting saltines and laying them all over or gluing them to a chair =/ The music majors and art majors have a silent rivalry in studio arts.
