Depends what you want to do, no plans to continue education then they are not going to come round and force you to go to uni. Although you might want to give admissions a ring to clear things up. Then you can apply to unis next year.

If you want to go to your insurace instead, then you might run into problems. As you are legally obliged to take the offer when you get your grades. However the university can release you if you ring up and ask, although they might not want to.
