I am writing to inform you that you have not adhered to the conditions in your Final Written Warning, namely to attend 100% of timetabled sessions and to improve your behaviour.

Therefore a further disciplinary hearing will be held on Tuesday 26th February at 10.00am. Kit Sargent, Director of Learner Support Services will chair the hearing. Please confirm with her secretary that you will attend the hearing.

If you do not attend I shall assume that you have withdrawn voluntarily from your programme, and amend our records accordingly.
