GCSE Results
So yeah got mine today and was surprised there was no thread about it on here (there probably is one I've just missed it). How did everyone do?
I got
A* in art and English language
A in English lit, textiles, drama, enrichment and history
B in science and a C in maths so I'm welll pleased.
Quite a few in my year got like 9/10 A*s which is welll cool ^__^
So what did everyone else get?

3 a* : english lang, physics and history
5 a : everything not a*/b
2 b : french (got a d in the writing :D ) and latin.
did way better than expected, but the only thing i thought i had an a* in (biology) i didn't, so i need to talk to my teacher about that. and a* in physics? MAD.

ahah I done awful compared to everyone here!
Well done guys!
A* - Media
A - Food technology
B - English, ICT, Science, Drama
C - Maths, RE
D - Spanish, Geography
(I think thats everything)
Pretty much everyone in my year got well below their predicted grades, and there was alot of people crying and what not.
I know I should have done better in English, because all my coursework was A* so i just messed the exams up. But ahhh well, glad they're over now!

Drama is pretty useless unless you want to go into that sort of thing. History is pretty good subject to take in my opinion. |

i really want to take history, but my school only lets you take four as's. history's more useful and better respected, drama's only really worth it if you really love the subject or definitely want to do something drama related.

It's best to get at least a C grade in maths and English because it means you can go home instead of having to do it at college, well for me anyway.
