What are the scariest/creepiest moments you've seen?

I'll start with the scene from Dead Man's Shoes when Richard's wearing the gas mask and bangs on the window at that little guy. That freaked me out no end.
And another one with gas masks is the scene in Oldboy when Woo-jin puts gas into the room where Oh Dae-Su and Mido are sleeping. :x

WHEN THE RING GIRL COMES OUT OF THE TELEVISIOONE. and her shoulders are all jerky and her arms are all GREY and BLACK and DISGUSTING

In The Descent when she pans the camera round and one of the NICE things is in the corner all creepy like. That film doesn't scare me anymore, just at the time it really did.
