Few films I've watched lately
Ok, what do you think of the following films.
American History X
Sev7n
Get Carter 1971 (If anyone says that the remake is better I will hurt you xD)
Psycho
Requiem for a dream
Saw 1 and 2 (Not seen 3 and 4 yet, half way though 2 now)
Man Bites Dog (Its pretty fucked up, its spoof (I hope at least) documentary about a serial killer, some of it is pretty funny, other parts aren't).
The Krays - After studing Get Carter in college (Its a gangster film), and the Kray Twins where inspiration for it, really good film I think.

So far my favourite one is the first one, the little twist at the end was good.
I also think the first ones are better, as you dont know whats going to happen.
Was the same with Hostle and part 2

ive actually only seen saw one n two out of that list but i dont like them well first aint bad. Watched braveheart tonight damn good film ^_^
any films you can recomend?

I believe so, it was the remake with Sylvester Stallone, which is shit in my opinon.
Is there spolier tags on here?
Its the typical hollywood ending in the remake
And The Kingdom is an amazing film, takes a while to begin, but when it does its amazing.

American History X is a fabulous film. I actually made a thread all about it in the film dept.
I like Se7en because it's a mind play.
Requiem was good only because of camera style and artistic viewpoint.
Saw series and Cabin Fever are TERRIBLE, GORE and in my opinion, mindless trash. No entertainment value.
I liked Clerks II, Rosario Dawson is a girl crush of mine lol

I watched the last quarter of Clerks II on SkyScreen HD earlier and it was quite funny.

Saw 3 and 4 are two of the worst movies in recent memory. 2 was rather shoddy as well.

Death Proof is a good film as well, just finished watching it, took a while to get started, but when it did it was great.
Great car chase as well.
