My mom made some flapjacks but they didn't stick together so I poured milk over it and ate that

whew, um.
Breakfast:
Banana before my run
Lunch:
Ham sandwhich
broccoli and carrots
Dinner:
Baked potato with cheese and more broccoli
and a rootbeer float (yikes! thats soda, mandy! you gave that up!). It was spuds and suds night for a $1!! at the ecumenical center. 
Then i had 2 cookies and graham crackers. This was not a well balanced day.

^ PF I do that most days, I wont eat anything till like between 6-9pm 'cus I get up, get ready for work go to work then we have tea there, even when I'm not working I don't have my first meal till at least 4 
Haven't ate anything yet, it's only 10am lmao! But yesterday!
