Body conditioning is a very intense work out for professional dancers and all that jazz, followed by a very difficult dance. Which I am expected to do, even though I CANNOT dance. [=

Left over noodle dish
PIZZA! lol
ritz crackers
It always goes downhill for me after breakfast.
