i shop nearly everyday. i couldn't go once a week i'd have to eat everything really quick before it went off lol. i go to the health food shop in upper bangor usually. they do loads of weird things in there like aloe juice and barley grass. it rocks. and they've got this seperate room thing full of organic veg and stuff. ah man i'm like a kid in a candy store. i go to morrisons too cuz that's near. and we've got like the biggest tesco ever on the way out of bangor but i only go there to get belazu oil and tiger bread.
today i bought
some red peppers
avocado
garlic cloves
olives
hazelnut cookies
fennel
flaxseed oil
green and blacks cherry chocolate
spring water
lentils
chillis
cotton wool
soap
geranium oil

Lol, I don't think there's an Aldi around here. That's what my friend buys as well, and he gets the bacon noodles for 10p as well, I think. He just goes in and buys the whole box, lol.
