No, there shouldn't be an "opt out" donor scheme. If it's implemented, it's almost like a totalitarianist government controlling us, even in death.

I wouldn't mind. But you would look like a bad guy if you went to opt-out, I suppose.

I don't know how I feel about this yet. I want to donate my organs, and i'm sure a lot of people want to, but just don't have the donor card. I just don't know.

i think there should be an opt out system. organs are needed so desperately and are in such short supply, and a lot of people wouldn't bother to opt out, but they won't bother to opt in under the current system. it also makes it easier if you do want to donate your organs, and of course there'd still be the opt-out option if you didn't want your organs donated.
