Haha that's very simple.

(Spoiler)There are 5 numbers of each of the 5 colours. Notice there are 5 houses when you chose one? Each of the numbers of each colour is put in each of the houses. So if you chose a red coloured number, when you chose which house it's in, it's the only red coloured number in that house. Therefore it knows which number you have. All the rest is just a load of bollocks, including the doors at the end - they are just scripted to show your number first and then two other numbers in the other doors.

Lol I remember when I was about ten, and there used to be a card trick where they would take out your card??? Well you know all the cards would be different but you'd never realize haha. My mum showed me the other day like
