Basically, it's like a text message thing where you update it throughout the day on what you're doing.. You can do it via computer or text..
and It's free to text, you follow people on it, and receive updates on what they are doing..

don't like these types of things so i stay away from them and if i ever signed up to one i would read the policy 5 times before signing up
