start cutting out the extra sugars you eat. like candy, or chips. Then swap out unheathier foods for heathlier options (like whole wheat rather than white) drink lots of water. and take the stairs instead of the elevator.
my mom stopped eating sugar (and dairy/eggs) for like half a year (cause of skin problems, etc), and she lots like 15 pounds. (which was not good cause she was only 93 pounds..) and all she did was stop eating sugar pretty much.

But maybe a little jog once a week/sit ups to tone up? but I don't think you'd really need to lose weight?

Billie, can't you an exercise tape or something? That's good exercise and will help you tone up :D I did a martial arts warm up one and it knackered me out but after doing it for 2 weeks, you start to notice the difference :D

I don't particularly like going for walks because I never know where to walk to so I always end up knocking at a friends or just not going..
