She had her operation and is in hospital but not eating coz she's in too much pain so they have some tube attatched to her

Hope she's alright.
Doesn't sound too nice.
One of my teachers was given the wrong drugs in hospital, and went in to a cardiac arrest, but he refused to sue. He said the NHS would never improve if people grabbed a few thousand at every chance they could.

We complain about there being no money to complete necessary tasks like building schools etc, yet we're quite willing to sue the arse off (basically) ourselves!
This world is full of stupid hypocrits hehe :D

Yeah but its unintentional.. And at the end of the day, If they weren't there because we're grabbing all the money out of them, what the hell would we do?
I would probably sue, but I'd take the settlement, not sue for over-the-top money.
