1. i hate you all for ruining this thread
2. the brown rice diet isn't just all brown rice and nothing else, but you basically cut everything out besides a few things. it's really good for you and you can use it to find out what you're allergic to.

haha i knoww everyone is just like "LOL WAT IF U R ALLERGIC 2 BRUN RICE?" and i am like -_- kay. haha.
you should try it! i thought i couldn't do it cause i am like a sugar addict but it hasn't been terrible. i mean the first days were awful i was constantly craving stuff and i felt really weird but i feel amazing now, and i only crave the stuff when it's like right infront of me or i'm really hungry. . and you feel better just knowing you can do it, haha. it's not thaaat bad i had this really yum chicken for dinner last night.
