I am on the pill.

On Monday 23rd I stop taking it for the week's break. I go back on on Monday the 30th.

Thing is, I have a free house from the Sat before (22nd) till the Sat after (29th) so I don't want to be on my period.

Can I safely delay it for the extra week? (I mean safely as in safe for my body and safesexwise)

Yeah, you're better to just take two packs though.

Just skip your period completely and take the whole second packet. If you just take one week of it and then have your pill-free week you might not get a period anyway and it'd be hard to tell when you were protected again. It's perfectly safe to do that every so often.

Sure sure about being able to skip periods? Yeah I was talking to my doctor about it this morning, just don't do it TOO often.

I used to be on that but it made me so emotional, so then I switched to Cilest but got so much breakthrough bleeding.. today I got Trinovum which is pretty cool, not all the pills are the same, there's three different doses.

Yep thats right. The hormones in the pill physically stop you from releasing an egg the whole time you're taking it (and during the week break) so should be fine in the contraception side.
