french exchange partner's coming tonight and i'm really nervous but i can't wait to like show her everything and stuff so yh =D and she's nice too.

she's coming in an hour though so the butterflies are raging. any tips on what to say and talk about??

Well, I've already been over to hers in France [it was fantastic but we had absolutely nothing in common] and I talked French there, and I think she can speak some English...it is an exchange trip after all....so I'm not going to make a huge effort with french lolz.

I haven't spoken to my French Exchange in yeears. All the German exchanges are over atm which is cool.

Nice things first haha =]- she made a big effort to speak english and didn't take advantage or anything, and we didn't have, like, a major disagreement...
Erm. Negative things.
She took calls at meals and didn't make conversation; she monopolized the TV and the laptop; she didn't want to do anything, I couldn't walk with mates on the way to school and I couldn't go on msn or go over to anyone's house because of her, my room now stinks of cheap pink spray [i abhor sprays. they're awful for the enviroment and they're bad for allergies etc], she was rude to my mates [well, just really unfriendly], and she blocked the bathroom for an hour in the morning and an hour at night, she didn't even try to like stuff we'd planned for her and made sure that we knew she was really bored, and all the time she wasn't on msn or watching TV she stayed in my room.
Oh well. 'Twas an Experience =]
