I have paid £150 if not more for a pair of shoes before but not UGGs, I'm not a huge fan of them, I think its because where I live all the chavs try to pull off the fake ones and they just remind me so much of them.

I don't mind the look, but I just can't justify spending THAT much money when there are fake pairs that can last just as long and be 75% cheaper. They are UGG boots, not magic boots made with super magic material that will last forever and never sag. It's so overpriced, and who the fuck cares if it says UGG on it.

If someone gave me a pair of real UGGs, i'd be hesitant to wear them, because I hate the status that goes along with the brand name. I'm all for cheap but equal quality items. I buy some brand name things, but won't ever pay like.. $300 for a purse or something.

Real and fake UGGs both collapse with time, a couple of my friends have the real ones and they've both collapsed before my fake ones, maybe that's just down to how much they get worn though.

I'd never pay the price for real UGGs, I'd MUCH rather have boots with stilletoe heels, which I could get two pairs of really nice ones for the same price an one pair of UGGlys.

No offence but I think that people who are really that bothered about labels are kind of sad...it's a boot ffs...
They may not look as nice, but they're still hardwearing, cheaper, and they don't look that bad.
Mine are black, grey, and fake, and I still get compliments on them, even though there's probably a thousand people walking round with exactly the same pair =$
