You can find threads by using their tags.
For example person 1 posts a thread about burgers, so they add "food" as a tag.
Then person 2 posts a thread about sausages, so they add "food" as a tag also.
So if you go to the tags page and type "food" in the box, you would find those two threads.
The page also has a tag cloud so you can see at a glance popular tags, for example lots of people make threads about food, so "food" is in really big font, whereas only one thread is made about hair, so "hair" is in small font.
