because i thought when you overdose you start like foaming at the mouth and throwing up like mad but i keep gagging literally every half a minute but i cant throw up i even stuck my fingers really far down my throat for the first time ever to try to force myself but nothing will come up and it feels like theres a huge lump in my throat and i think its the shit i snorted just clumped in my throat and no matter how hard i cough or how much water i drink or how much i gag it wont come up and my tummy hurrrts like fuck and im so scared because i just want to throw up really badly and make the lump go away

well its five in the morning and i started snorting ecstasy at like four in the afternoon yesterday and i snorted 2 and a half and then at like 10 i got a gram of coke and ive done both many times before and this has never ever happened

but if i was over dosing wouldn't i be like lying on the ground dying and throwing up like crazy? like i wouldnt be able to sit on a computer and everything. but i was laying in the bathroom for so long at the toilet sticking my fingers down my throat and i was doing the vomiting reflex but nothing would come up which is weird considering how much water ive chugged tonight. but my tummy hurts like crazy and i cant stop fucking gagging and burping shit up

Drinking water on ecstacy or even coke, won't do you any damage. I dunno who spreads that rumor but everyone seems to think it's true.

You should aim to drink about a pint of water every hour. The only way you can OD on ecstacy is if you are elergic. or you take numerous other drugs while doing it(something like 80% of people who have died on ecstacy have had loads of other drugs in there system, and tend to be middle aged crack addicts sitting at home.)

If you arent throwing up anything it's because you have nothing in your stomach? I don't think you would have eaten much on ecstacy and coke.

I had something simular a few weeks ago, i borrowed my mums ecstacy testing kit and it said my pills had loads of speed mixed with ecstacy, so thats why i think it happened.

(EDIT: mixing coke and ecstacy has never done me any damage. you may just have some bad pills/coke)

Ecstacy rises the body temperature and makes you drink more. When you sweat you lose salt AND water, when you replace it with just water you don't have any salts in your body, therefore you can kill yourself.

you can die of water intoxication, but you'd have to have to drink over 3 pints of water in one go. And you'd have to be dancing all night. taking ecstacy doesn't raise temperature, dancing does.

It only really happens when people think that taking water will stop the effects of the drug, so they keep drinking and drinking, water is not an antidote to Ecstasy, it is an antidote to dancing.

Try drinking a two leter bottle of water/drink, anything flat or fizzy, and add four teaspoons of salt.

Yes, but not by any drastic or really noticable levels. if you were sitting at home on ecstacy you wouldn't exactly be sweating. Well i haven't noticed any great increase.

You are best off calling frank, and asking them, they have trained workers that could probably tell you exactly whats wrong

I know. and no it doesn't flood your vital organs, it floods the brain cells causing pressure on the brain stem, which causes a coma and eventurally death. But to cause water intoxication you would need to drink several gallons of water in a few minuites or long periods of excersice while drinking large ammounts of fluids.

Ecstacy doesn't cause water intoxication, stupidity does.

I don't know my drug stats cause I've only ever smoked weed, but my aunt used to be a hardcore addict to everything under the sun and I'm sure that some of your stats are off.
