Are you allergic to a specific type of milk like cows milk or goats milk because then if it's just like the regular cows milk, then you'll be alive.

Wasn't you eating choco digestives on that video? MILK chocolate? What happened when you drank that half a mug?
Lol, trying to commit suicide from drinking milk? Great look on the death certificate.

Are you allergic to milk or lactose intolerant?

Allergic.
I'm allergic to the point where I can die from it. I just know how to limit it. Drinking a glass of milk is hardly the same as a couple of biscuits.
Think I'm just overdramatising my allergy for attention or something?

Okay. Well, from what I know on intolerances and allergies, people who are lactose intolerant suffer from a defiency in lactase production. This defiency is not caused by the immune system, but by the digestive system as your are unable to metabolize the lactose which is a sugar found in milk and dairy products, and you need the lactase, or glycoside hydrolase (enzyme) to break down the disaccharide lactose into glucose monomers through a process called hydrolysis. This process simply breaks down polymers into monomers to metabolize the lactose. If you were pregnant, this will not affect you, even when your Mammary glands begin to produce milk.
But you specified it was a milk allergy, and of course this is an allergy triggered by the immune system caused by protiens found in milk. You won't be affected for the exact same reason lactose intolerance won't affect you whilst pregnant, and this is because, and this is my own hypothesis, you are not consuming the milk, especially the proteins that trigger the allergy. I'm not sure what effects your proteins will have on your body, but I'm guessing minimal because your are producing them and you are not consuming them.

They told me it's the milk protein coz when it's hot my reactions are lower coz apparently that breaks the proteins down so my body copes better? Meh I dunno.

Hmm, I'm not sure about that. Protein is a stable compound and when exposed to heat the chances of it breaking down are minimal and it will still be digested. Then again, you stated that lactose intolerance is not your problem, pretty much contradicting what I just said. I am not sure what effects heated proteins will have on your immune system, it could indeed be your reactions are lower like you stated, but as I say heated proteins don't really tend to make a difference.
No problem.
