I was just sitting here bored and i thought to myself. do you have to take the bar code of things when shop lifting because it sets the alarm off or is that just stuff with them things on them? Im not shop lifting im just curious lol.

i think its just the stuff tagged on them. Not the actual bar code. But, I'm not really well educated in the shoplifting field.

I think some of those tags can set an alarm off if you try to remove them too, but i'm not totally sure.

Some barcodes set the alarm of yeah, one sec i get pic...



them ones, i think they rub them on lead or something to deactivate them tho, not sure if ya can peel em off

Ohh yeh i've seen those. I took one apart at home and it has strips of metal inside.
