i think they're both gorgeous, i'm sure you'll look good whichever you pick, but if you have paler hair (blonde/pale brown) i'd choose the red, it'd be less harsh.

I think you'd look better in the black one (maybe). If you are at all fuller figured, or bigger busted, get the halter style black one. It would probably flatter your figure. However, if you can pull of the strapless, I'm sure the red would look great on you.
