Lol no...For some reason I dont sleep in the night..so I always check if rubys online, cause I know I am not alone lol!
I got to sleep at six am and i woke up about half ten cause my mate was sleeping here..i am so tired.
the other night i stayed up for the 33hours trying to fix my sleeping pattern but it made no difference
This happeneded during the summer holidays once.

I got to sleep at 5am after realising jeremy kyle wernt on at 4am
So got up at half 9 to watch it :D
Going back to sleep in bit tho |-) I can't sleep till at least 3am anymore and usually sleep straight through till bout 5pm wake up when it's dark =/

Might be stress? I used to be stressed a lot and never could sleep, now i've learnt to not give a shit i sleep like a log, anywhere and anytime.

If it's stress i'd advise a nice long bath, then get someone to give you a nice full body massage. then goto sleep.

Or get really pissed and pass out.

Hmm Idk I just dont feel tired..like i was knackered at like 9oclock so i was gonna sleep..and now i feel tired..but when i try to sleep i am a wake.
Its supposed to take the average person 7 minutes to get to sleep.

If when you are trying to go to sleep, you are just thinking about going to sleep, you won't.

Try to get it off your mind. Maybie some music on in the background? it used to help me to a point when i couldn't sleep without music on.

EDIT: Or...and i know this sounds really weird, but get someone to shine a bright light on the backs of your knees. In 1998 Scientists did a study showing that shining a bright light on the backs of someones knees would reset the brains sleep-wake clock. And to this day they can't explain it. I duno if it would work and i doubt it would, but anythings worth a go, right?

Sleep is a weird thing, the british MOD have some special sunglasses which can keep soldiers awake for upto 36 hours by shining a "sunlight" into there eyes it resets there sleep cycle, lol. Sleep is really important for your health, you should get into a routene.
