I have lost my driving licence (as in mislaid it, not had it taken off me for being a shit driver! ) and I'm trying to get a new one. Anyway the DVLA website is sooooo stupid. I've ticked a box to say that I've lost it and then it's making me tick another box saying that I will return my licence cut in two to the DVLA.
YES GREAT IDEA. I'm trying to replace the one that I've lost, so I know, I'll send you the one that I've lost so I can get a new one. Arrrrrgh. Wtf. *hides*

Well you have a paper part and a plastic card part and it asked if I'd got either of them, and I still have the paper bit so I clicked yes, but then it asked for the plastic one to be sent back. o_o I just said that I hadn't got either and it didn't say anything about sending it back then. Oh well.
£22 for a new piece of plastic though. I'm so bitter. I bet I'll find it now as well. -_-

Hahah yee that always happens to me (not driving licenses obv) but you always find it when you resort to something else Give it a week see if you find it, but you would most likely get pulled in that week and asked to see your cardy bit lol
I never carry it with me anyway. I'm the most useless person ever and could seriously lose anything anywhere so I only take it with me when I'm likely to get IDed. I think you get a week to show your documents if you get pulled over. I hope so anyway.
