You fall asleep through the day for a while and then when you wake up and its only like 8 o clock and you feel tired, but not tired, and you have morning breath.. at night time. & You feel like you've wasted so many hours.


I really hate it.
But I always do it.

I did this today while I was watching Beetlejuice woke up at half six and went to the pub to watch the math. It's really weird when you wake up and see the DVD on the menu screen, dunno why.

I always do this on Sunday when I get back from work and there is always a really good film on at 9pm on channel 4 I try so hard to stay awake but always fall asleep and wake up at like midnight wide awake

I'm surprised by how much people sleep during the day, or take a nap. I've only ever done it at least twice.

My sleeping is messed up this week...

Sunday I went to bed at like 5am, got up at 9:30am
Monday I went to bed at 10pm and got up at 9:30am
Tuesday I went to bed at like 1/2am got up at 9:30am..
Wednesday I went to bed at 7pm, got up at 12am Still awake now trying to get back to sleep.

I keep getting up at 9:30am when I need to get up earlier for college my alarms set for Eight, Half past, quarter to Nine etc..but I ignore it every time.

Theres no particular reason why I just told you that, because I wouldn't really say they was naps, but to me I've been going to bed far too early than usual..And feeling constantly tired, after Mondays LONG sleep I was falling asleep on the bus coming home from town, watching tv etc..
but the internet kept me up till so late that night.
I don't get why I am sleeping so much, and I CANT SLEEP NOW DJDKSL

It's odd, I sleep much better during the day when there's lots of constant noise. I hardly ever sleep at night even if I'm really tired coz my ears pick up on the smallest noises and they irritate me. But I guess that's what comes from living in flats with paper thin walls and hundreds of people around me Oh unless I've been drinking, then I don't appear to have a problem haha.

Why do you have to get up at 6am? :/

When my alarm goes off I'm awake straight away! The first beep or vibration and I'm up I usually wake up like 5 minutes before my alarm, 'cus I'll be asleep but wake up like 'have I missed my alarm?' check and it's like 12:53 when my alarm goes off at 13:00

I used to do it a lot, but I only do it once or twice a month now. I still have little naps though. Usually when I'm watching TV.

I usually have naps on Wednesday/Thursday when I'm starting to get tired from school. I like them though.

I get tired after being at college, even when I don't do alot that day.
I say to myself, don't fall asleep, keepin doing what you're doing, but I still nod off.
I have managed to get my sleep pattern back to normal again now so I wake up earlier.

It's worse if you're at someone else's house an you start falling asleep and then you have to leave.

since uni I have the weirdest sleeping patturn....

I come home from uni at like 3pm, go to sleep (pjs and everything)
set my alarm for 10.30pm
get up and have some tea
go out with friends at about 12pm
come back at about 4.30am

Then sometimes I have to get up for 9 but its ok cos I aleady had the sleep in the afternoon so I'm not that tired.
