i used to like geography, but i had a terrible teacher. all she did was read off of power points with huge paragraphs. and she made everything so borrringgg. i know i cant blame it alll on her but..christ -_-

I don't get why people hate geography so much. The only reason I can think of is that people found it too difficult.

I suppose. I liked my teacher. Sure she was 60 years old and not as 'cool' as the other teachers, but she pretty much inspired me to take geography at university. It totally helps to have a teacher you like.

Yeah, for sure. English has always been my favourite subject since I can remember. I love literature to death. Then last class I had I was put with the most awful teacher, she made me dread class and ruined it for me.

yeah, having a bad teacher can ruin any class. i haated english until last year when i got a really good teacher, and then i got put in the advanced class the next year :D

I used to have teachers ranging from nearly old to retiring age teaching me for Geography. I didn't take it anymore past Year 9. We used to draw and colour in maps and stuff, and look at textbooks.

Yeah this happened to me with French and Science. I was really good at them and adored them then I got shit teachers and it was downhill from there really.
