First of all fix the profiles section with your new template, Don't be allowing html use something like:

Dee i've seen what you wan't to put teensay like, Trust me you dont want to be hitting that, It's too dull it may look professional but its going to lose hits which in turn you know will lose you revenue... 
Recode your admin panel, I got into it so that needs a fix php sides of things and MySQL arnt secured up lol
