Another Comic Book Franchise to be adapted

Comic Book movies are still the big thing and studios love eating up the rights to them. Well today it was reported that Universal’s subdivision Rogue Studios is planning on adapting a new comic book series to the big screen.
Rogue Studios is now planning to adapt the graphic novel series Courtiers which was released by Ait/PlanetLar publishing. The graphic novels tell the stories of two mercenary couriers Moustafa and Special who work in New York. The tag team undertakes dangerous tasks including surveillance, protection, and of course shooting people with various types of firearms.
The screenplay will be adapted by a man named Javier Grillo-Marxuach. If you don’t know his work, you can check out his book The Middle Man. He also works writing and producing episodes of the hit television series lost. While I never heard of the comic or graphic novels which ever you chose to call it, I feel that this movie has the potential to be good with the right cast and director.
