Indiana Jones 4 gets a script

Well I guess there is some truth to the Indiana Jones story I reported a few days ago because now David Koepp confirms that he has written the sequel for the Indiana Jones 4th installment. The script has been written by Koepp and was approved by George Lucas, Steven Spielberg as well as Harrison Ford. This news was confirmed on Monday after last week when Lucas said the film will begin shooting in 2007. The title for the film has not yet been released to the public but the movie will begin shooting in June and will be released by Paramount Pictures in May 2008 just in time for the big summer blockbusters. Spielberg also spoke about the film and told the reporters that "We feel that the script was well worth the wait. We hope it delivers everything you'd expect from our history with Indiana Jones. ... George, Harrison and I are all very excited." I think it will be interesting to see how the film turns out since it seems it has been in talks now for several years. I guess this will mark yet another come back for Harrison Ford since the poor guy hasn’t had a hit film in years.
