Mel Gibson's Apocalypto Spoof

I don’t know about anyone else but I was surprised this morning when I saw that the latest Mel Gibson flick Apocalypto opened in the number one spot this week. The film took in 14.2 million which isn’t a lot but decent for a man who has had so much negative press. Well you knew sooner or later there would be a spoof made and Saturday Night Live has already created a spoof of the trailer which was aired during this weeks Saturday Night Live episode. In the spoof, it shows a tribe of Mayans yelling “The Jews are coming, run for your lives.” And by the end a small undernourished girl is seen turning toward the camera and remarking “I smell bagels.” The spoof if anyone wants to check it out can be found on both you tube and by searching Google videos.
