So there have been rumors about various people geared to play Ozzy Osbourne in the film called “The Dirt.” But now it seems that they have come to the conclusion of who should play the role of Ozzy and you will never guess who…believe it or not it‘s Christopher Walken.
Motley Crue lead singer Vince Neil actually reported the rumor during an interview on ABC News Radio that Walken would be playing the part of Ozzy Osbourne in the biopic known as “The Dirt.”
The Dirt will actually be an adaptation of Motley Crue’s autobiography which was released into stores back in 2001. Also the role of Ozzy Osbourne won’t be a major role so don’t expect to see Walken on screen for the entire film.
Along with Walken, Val Kilmer will also have a cameo appearance playing David Lee Roth. The movie is said to be packed with famous faces representing various members of the band.
Personally I don’t really like Motley Crue or Ozzy but since Walken is in it, I may just have to see what all the talk is about.
