I never heard about this sci-fi action flick entitled Jumper however it seems that this movie has went from being a low budget probably direct to video disaster to a big budget flick. The film was originally cast with a series of unknowns including Tom Sturridge and Teresa Palmer who were set to play the lead roles however these roles were now replaced by Star Wars’ Hayden Christensen and the OC’s Rachel Bilson. Along for the ride is Samuel L Jackson. The movie Jumper is based on the Steven Gould novel with the same name. The movie will be directed by the Mr. And Mrs. Smith director Doug Liman. The movie will be released by Fox Studios and the studio executives are hoping for this film to be a success so they can turn the film into a trilogy. The film is already shooting in Toronto, Canada.
