Sex and the City film confirmed

Just a few short weeks ago I wrote about the rumors still floating around that the hit HBO series Sex and The City was to be made into a movie. Well just a few days ago, actress Kim Cattrall confirms all rumors that the film was in fact back on and on its way to the silver screen. Rumors about a Sex and the City movie have been floating around ever since the series went off the air in 2004. But now it’s nice to finally know there in fact will be a film. Cattrall recently talked with Star Magazine about the film after she came back from London, in the magazine she states "I've just come home and there was just this flood of excitement!" The weird thing is that all the rumors surrounding the project were because of Cattrall because media reporters have claimed she wanted nothing to do with the film or the cast but it seems that isn’t the case now because she claimed that "I'm just so glad we haven't been missed or forgotten!" So for all you fans of the HBO series it looks like your dreams have been answered. I would look for the film to hit theaters sometime within the next 2 years.
