Alanis Morissette will follow the June 2nd release of her hotly tipped new album ‘Flavors of Entanglement’ with her first UK dates since 2005. Part of a wider European tour, Alanis will play the following dates on these shores:
June

19th - London, Brixton Academy
Tickets are available now at a price of £32.50 for London and £28.50 for Birmingham. They’re available from 0844 477 2000, www.gigsandtours.com or the 24 hour credit card hotline on 0871 2200 260.
‘Flavors of Entanglement’ is Alanis Morissette’s first original studio set since 2004’s well-received ‘So-Called Chaos’ and will be preceded on May 26th by the single ‘Underneath’.
Produced by Guy Sigsworth (Björk, Madonna, Imogen Heap), ‘Flavors of Entanglement’ features eleven eclectic new tracks including the single ‘Underneath’, which reflects Mahatma Gandhi's notion that, "you must be the change you want to see in the world", ‘Torch’, a lament for lost love, and ‘Citizen of the Planet’, a narrative of her life story set against a backdrop blending Eastern percussion, strings and electronica.
Alanis Morissette has enjoyed remarkable success since breaking through with 1995’s ‘Jagged Little Pill’, selling over 40 million albums and collecting seven Grammy Awards in the process.
