Yes, we know what you’re thinking, but it sounds like the poor girl really wasn't well - a doctor who saw the singer backstage ordered her not to go on. The gig, at Aintree Pavilion, was part of the Liverpool Summer Pops event. There was last-minute drama as the announcement the gig wasn’t happening came a whole five minutes before it was due to start. The good news is that it’s being rescheduled, and is likely to go ahead on 18th July.
