Well the big news today is that Angelina Jolie has finally had her baby. Jolie had her baby on Saturday morning in Namibia, Africa and per her request no photographers were able to get a glimpse of her new born baby girl. Jolie and Pitt named their first daughter Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt. What an interesting and incredible long and hard to pronounce name. I am sure that will be a fun name to hear a teacher announce in school.
Anyway, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt traveled to Namibia, Africa because they wanted to be away from all the press in Hollywood and wanted to have their baby in a more civil environment which they did achieve. The most interesting thing of all is that not a single photo of their new born baby girl was taken by any member of the press. The reason why no press was allowed was because Namibia has strict rules against this kind of behavior unlike in Hollywood. Photographers and the press did not want to listen to Jolie’s and Pitt’s request for privacy and those who didn’t respect their wishes got arrested and all there footage was taken away from them. Even the hotel they stayed at was guarded 24/7 so no press members would bother them.
Jolie and Pitt seem very happy together and have been a couple ever since they worked on “Mr. & Mrs. Smith” together in late 2004. The couple who has yet to be married have both changed their last names to Jolie-Pitt so they can both be regarded as the parents of their new born baby girl.
