Anna Nicole Awarded by the US Supreme Court.

A few months ago I wrote a few stories about Anna Nicole Smith and her battle with the US Supreme Court regarding the money from her late husband Howard Marshall’s will. The US court awarded Smith the right to continue the legal battle for her late husband’s millions. When Marshall died in 1996, his death triggered a legal battle which has been currently been going on for over a decade now. The dispute is between Marshall’s son Pierce and Anna Nicole. Piece disputes the claims that Smith is the rightful owner of half of her late husband’s estate. This new ruling states that Smith is entitled to some of Marshall’s estate. This decision now means legal battles between the two parties involved and is rumoured to continue for some time. Pierce Marshall has sent a message to Smith and he says that “I will continue to fight to clear my name in California federal court. That is a promise that Smith and her lawyers can take to the bank." Wow this looks like this is going to be a never ending battle but when it does finally end it will be interesting to see who the winner is.
