Brit may lose kids

Britney's never out of the news right now with her worrying escapades – the latest saw her seducing a video extra who then did the kiss-and-tell thing (mmm, classy guy). So it's sad but not too surprising that her now officially-ex-husband Kevin Federline has gone for sole custody of the couple's two sons.
The two performers (although we use that term in the loosest sense with K-Fed) had agreed to joint custody of the kids Sean Preston and Jayden James when their divorce was finalised a fortnight ago. However, Fed-Ex has now changed his mind and has instructed his lawyer to try and get that repealed, so he'll get 'primary physical' custody.
Apparently the slightly creepy chap (who's already got several kids with another ex) is concerned for the kids due to Britney's well-publicised crazy behaviour. We agree she needs help, but kind of doubt the boys would be that much better off with such a flake…
