Hold onto your lawsuits – it seems that Britney's comeback might be on the way. No, really. Her new song 'Gimme More' could be on US radio as early as next week according to reports.
A mate of uber-producer Timbaland, Nate Hills, did the knob-twiddling for the tune which is due out on an album by the end of the year, on the Jive label. We hope the UK gets an earful soon.
Meanwhile it's emerged that the great big mammoth smash 'Umbrella' by Rihanna was originally offered to our Britters. Think of how history could have been different!
Britney's been cleared of hurting her dog London, who was treated for a slightly fractured leg, but she's still got the suggestion of being an unfit mother hanging over her. Like, um, an umbrella. And the news from the K-Fed camp is… oh, who cares.
