So yet another story about another celebrity sex tape. Colin Farrell and is ex-girlfriend Nicole Narain have apparently recorded themselves making love. The sex tape currently is unreleased and is currently in the process of being negotiated in court. If this sex tape does get released to the public, Nicole Narain will receive a three million dollar advance payment. Colin and Nicole are currently in court battling against each other. Farrell wants the tape to remain unreleased but Narain on the other hand wants it to be released. According to sources, there are documents proving that Narain already signed a deal with an Internet group in October of 2005 which gave her a million dollar payout to distribute this 14 minute sex tape. The particular document also guarantees Narain $100 Thousand no matter what. Not to mention her legal fees are paid up to 60 thousand. Colin is currently seeking general and compensatory damages as well as trying to ban the tape from being sold. It should be interesting to see who wins this case and if the tape will ever surface or not. I will post more on this story when the information becomes available.
