Fran gets manly

Travis have never been a band famous for rolling up their sleeves and having a good barney, but looks like singer Fran Healy may have changed their image.
When a drunken fan was causing a ruckus during a Travis gig in Sherwood Forest, the petite Mr Healy put down his guitar and went down to confront him on his own. Security subsequently chucked the man out, and the happy audience gave Fran a standing ovation.
One fan told The Sun: "It was strange - they must be one of the least lairy bands around. But they came on stage to the Rocky film soundtrack - I think a fighter in the crowd clearly took it too seriously."
