Both the Osbournes have struggled with weight problems, but while Sharon had a gastric band fitting in 1999 to shrink her stomach so she couldn't overeat, Jack doesn't fancy it. He said to The Sun that he would "never have surgery, although the decision is very much down to the individual. I wouldn't do it because I know I can lose the weight myself.
