Lindsay Lohan hates being labeled

Mean Girls star Lindsay Lohan is sick and tired of being called a “teen queen” by various media outlets because she feels she has acquired an adult following as well. Lohan, who is 19, wants to create a more sophisticated image to present to the media and her fans. Lohan explains that she hates being a teen queen and states that becoming a star at such a young age has made her grow up rather fast. She says that she has become a better person over the past few years as she dealt with all the issues that she was facing.
I am glad that she has taken control of her life because for a while there she went crazy. In my opinion, the whole teen image will disappear when she begins to act mature in the public eye. Saying things and doing them are two different things. If she wants the media to stop calling her a “teen queen” well she will have to prove to them that she grew up.
