Lindsay Lohan is Happy

Well lately all we have been hearing about Lindsay Lohan is bad things and how depressed and sad she is. But somehow I missed this story about Lindsay Lohan’s Vanity Fair article controversy. The singer and actress has apparently changed her view on this article which was published way back in January of this year. The message of the whole article seemed to be the whole controversy part of it however Lohan has now stated that she is happy with the message she gave. Lohan was quoted saying "I was making myself sick," and, "I had people sit me down and say, 'You're going to die if you don't take care of yourself.'" I briefly remember this but because it’s a whole issue revolving her health I probably avoided it. Well the quotes from the interview were released to the media in which Lohan denied that she had a disorder at the time. She stated "The words that I gave to the writer for Vanity Fair were misused and misconstrued, and I'm appalled with the way it was done." Lohan of course at that point in time was living in a fantasty world thinking she didn’t have a problem however despite the claim that Lohan made against the magazine the story was published because Vanity Fair stated that they had all those quotes on tape. Today Lohan says "I'm actually happy Vanity Fair did that. Because in correcting the article it was nice to be able to say to young girls it's not OK to treat yourself like that. And there are other ways rather than bulimia to maintain a weight you like. I lost a lot of weight. I had a lot of shit to deal with at that time and I wasn't eating right." Well its always amazing when celebrities break down and admit they aren’t perfect and Lohan sure isn’t. How she let everyone in Hollywood get to her is still a mystery to me but she paid the price. She lost fans, her last few movies tanked and she needs to reinvent herself in order to stay on top in Hollywood but I have faith in her, she is good at what she does, she just needed to learn to love herself and stop caring what the world thinks.
