Lily Allen’s all over the place at the moment, in more ways than one. The latest goss is that she’s been rowing in the street over parking. Yes, the glamorous world of pop never lets us down…
Lily recently bought a £600,000 house in Hackney in east London, and has been parking her swanky Mini Cooper S outside it – only apparently it’s in someone else’s space. The bloke whose space it is came outside and confronted Lily when he clocked her pulling into the bay, and there was a bit of a fuss. According to a witness who talked to The Mirror, "The man marched over to Lily, started jabbing his finger at her and gave her a piece of his mind. He had no idea it was Lily Allen until she got out of the car and asked him what the hell he was going on about.”
"The man, who was in his 20s, looked a bit surprised when confronted with a pop star but continued laying into her, saying she was selfish and generally having a go. She started screaming at him, telling him to shut up and to treat her with some respect. She said it was just a mistake, but looked really shaken by the experience - especially considering he was one of her neighbours."
Oh dear. We hope this doesn’t escalate into toilet-papering trees or poo through letterboxes… why can’t we all just get along?
