Natalie back into acting

Does anyone remember doe-eyed singer Natalie Imbruglia as Beth in Aussie soap Neighbours? Yes, she followed in Kylie's footsteps, from the soap to a singing career, and while the singing career's back on, the star is going back to her first love.
She's got a role in the new Australian film Elise, and says it's "a really gritty role based on a novel. I'm going to play a girl whose sister died when she was really young. I'm so excited about acting again."
Natalie, whose new single Glorious came out last week, told The Sun: "I'm not going to be turning my back on music. I'll be back by the end of the year working on my next album."
